Railway Mixed High School is an English-medium, co-educational school affiliated to the State Board of Secondary Education, Telangana, offering Classes 1 to 10.
For Class 1, the child must be 5½ years old at the time of admission. For Classes 2 to 10, the student must have completed the previous class, hold a Transfer Certificate and have no pending dues at their previous school.
Collect and fill out the Admission Form from the school office, submit it with photocopies of the required documents, and pay the admission fee of ₹100. Admission is confirmed once the First Term Fee is paid.
Photocopies of the student's Aadhaar card, the mother's and father's Aadhaar cards, a Caste Certificate (if applicable), and a Transfer Certificate (for admission to Classes 2 to 10).
Admissions typically close in the last week of July (tentative). We recommend visiting the office early, as places are limited.
School hours are 8:45 AM to 4:00 PM, with remedial classes from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM. The office is open from 9:15 AM to 5:00 PM on working days.
Through the Tanmayam cultural block, students learn Kuchipudi dance and Carnatic vocal & instrumental music. The school also offers a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports and Taekwondo martial arts.
The Sushrutha sick bay provides first aid and health monitoring, an RO plant supplies purified drinking water, and the campus is designed to be safe, hygienic and child-friendly.
From Monday to Friday, students wear green checked tops with dark green bottoms. On Saturdays, students wear house-coloured T-shirts with white bottoms.

Yes. Under the Service Beyond Duty initiative, notebooks, textbooks and uniforms are provided to underprivileged students so that no child misses out on education.
